I may not be familiar with a lot of his work, but his role as Dr.Maruki is one I'll never forget. One of the best written characters ever, matched only by Billy's outstanding performance.

This is a really cool feature. It's an evolution of the Street Fighter 3 games, which had separate animations for blocking mid and high attacks while standing.

What this means, in terms of understanding The Northman, but also the authentic Norse sources, is that raiding, pillaging, feuding, belittling and even slaving were, within that culture, fine. What mattered was bravery, determination, and to face death with insolence and humour.
Unlike Street Fighter 6, Street Fighter 3 only has a single low block animation. This played whether you were low blocking mid (standing attacks) or low (sweeping attacks). However SF3 and past SF games in general used low block poses that looked good for both situations.
