Just for fun I tried limiting some of my 3D renders to the Zelda CD-i color palette, and honestly I kinda really like the results.
I think if I'm ever looking to recreate cheap 90s CGI, I'll be using this look. I think it'd look great on 240p animations running at 15fps.

In CSP I haven’t found any noise adding feature, so I rely on just adding a texture image in the editing/finishing touches stage of a piece. Paired with a subtle glow effect, I got some really neat results reminiscent of cca 90s animation styles.

This is that raw image and the source sheet. I went and installed a whole game mod to get this, but I had no idea it was on the Spriter's Resource until just right now.
I'm so upset. Why didn't it show up in my search results before???? I wasted so much time.

Something i made for a practice
I made this and tried testing out something i saw in youtube,and said its one of the practices is focus on values,and just random put colors on it,but not that saturated

Another practice illustration based on in her White Rabbit fit. Much happier with the final results of this one. Feels it stands very well on the lineart and flats alone.
Next I need to focus on improving how i render clothing next, to get where i want style wise.
