And the color! I love how vibrant Tokyo Babylon is... it's a really fun contrast to look at so much of the art (less so the 3rd since that one isn't so bright pose-wise) and think yay! Happy trio! And to then actually read what's going on... Man. I'm bummed I lost my 1st omnibus.

This seraphim design reminds me of a falling star, but I’ve also been told it looks like a fish. I like that it’s not symmetrical, so it contrasts with the other seraphim designs.

but also serious/focused goku is such a good contrast for those situations that call for it

i decided to go with the dark hair because i liked the contrast better but i light-haired titania nolanel exists on one of my coloring layers

A tune I've been working on for a while to contrast Lucille's expression against Merlin's theme🎶

Though, I wouldn't call it a theme tune, but its definitely about her. Far less dramatic, all hoarse whispers and smug smiles.

STYLE 1:
loose and sketchy with some very rough lineart for emphasis and contrast. almost chalky texture.
PROS: the most fun to complete, doesn't take very long to finish
CONS: not as polished or refined, very rough and loose (though this might not be a con per se)

tbh my main concept around tommy was to have him be as round & cuddly as possible so that he can then be a contrast to gman who is more pointy & foreboding, which we will talk abt later

also bc listen. he is 36 but he is also Baby. the range of this man
