A gambling goon who suspects Bruce Wayne is Batman, but gives up the theory when fooled by puppets and acting. He really wants his football team, The Lions, to win an upcoming match, so he kidnaps and kills some people. Priorities: great.
Okay so it turns out the goons were messing with this guy, a football coach, because his team is playing against a team owned by a gambler named Stacy, and he has a lot of money on his team to win. Then the cops turn up and they just kinda slide away - look at that cape action!
