Just got new art of Alina, inspired by an old meme and an artwork an artist I follow made of it. Yes, Alina had to stand in pose in each of them and edited in all variations together, she loved each outfit though.😏

When I was first designing my character I considered making her lighter. I'm Filipino and my skin tone varies by the season but I decided I wanted to make her as dark as I get BECAUSE I wanted people to see more tone variation in Vtubers.
Shading tip!!
Instead of using the colours (in 1st pic)
Then try to change the variation of the colours when adding lights/shadows!(2and pic)
Only use the 1st pic if the character is in a dark room with cold lighting!(if its orange instead then it has to be a warm lighting room!
practice by sketching random anime characters in 3min each, basically like an anatomy quickpose.
I have never drawn most of these before + time pressure so some do look a bit derpy (like tohsaka), still happy that I tried some variation.
