Basic Color Theory for Eyeshadow:

I honestly can't see anyone 'putting on' an outfit like this, it's just a little too ridiculous. I also think it only works well when compared to Rex's default outfit as they compliment eachother incredibly well. And when Rex's clothes change... the coordination is lost.
