Just to follow up with the values which are one of my main focuses for improvement rn. Could probably manage the foreground/background relationship a little better, but I'm happy with how the contrast is staying centralized onto the focus of the work.

as much as I don't like it too much either, it makes sense sadly, Purple is Yellow's contrasting color, its like how the anime made Jonathan's hair blue, as if you invert blue it becomes yellow, like dio's hair

oh!! also since there are no lines to divide anything, each separate object has to contrast enough with one another to easily tell them apart. originally, i had experimented w a pink bg, but it was hard to discern his skin/bike from it so i went for the light blue instead

Another one from the vault! A Sharp Intake of Breath was a study in temperature contrasts. Placing a warmly colored, glowing object in a cold landscape (both literally and coloristically) was just the kind of striking juxtaposition I love. What do you think this sphere is?
