I think SevenThree is one of the rejected Sealas designs from Heroes that was said to be showing up in this arc of the manga. If so I wonder if his color palette is supposed to be more like him than Hit's....

NT14 was pretty awesome ! Kamisato Kakeru is one hell of an awesome wild card, loved his character and the concept between his World Rejector and Kamijou Touma's Imagine Breaker was so interesting.
