I just wanna ask something... why do so many people hate Sonic's Mohawk design?

I've always thought it looked fantastic, and really fit Sonic's character. Whenever I think Sonic, I think of his Mohawk design.

Some people say it's cause it can't work in 3D, but like... no? (1/5)
