The Blackwell series was my foundation for the majority of my career.

Making the five games spanned eight years and they still take up a very special place in my heart.

This is another botanical plate from our collections. This was drawn by Berthe Hoola van Nooten for "Fleurs, Fruits et Feuillages Choisis de l'Ile de Java" in 1863-64. Her plates followed precedents set by Maria Sibylla Merian and Elizabeth Blackwell.

I've been enamored with the Blackwell series since I saw play it. I recently played through it myself for the first time and it is still one of the most engaging stories ever written. Thanks
