I don’t know about brushes specific for that! But I use the airspray brush (the one that’s kind of fuzzy and splattery) in a lighter color on an add/overlay layer and that gives a good sparkle effect! I add more layers+colors over to do like highlights for the more sparkly parts

when youre adding bright lighting to tan/dark skin, everything around it should be lighter as well (like the hair). not gonna link the original art but in the original art, the skin was lighter but not the hair. thats whitewashing.
