Foreigner is a class of Servant mostly drawn by one artist, who also draws Ina. They are all partially based on Cthulhu mythos / Elder Gods. Ina's outfits resemble a lot of these servants.
if we are to assume alice is the personification of the greek goddess eris (or based on her with the information provided in the byakuyakoku collection), certain traits she has shown do match her (eris’) character in mythos.
