After a while overwhelmed, today I managed to fit my daily figure drawing practice. Today it was only 20min!
ANYONE can learn to draw. All it takes is interest and practice. I started drawing in 2019, in MS Paint and with a mouse. It was a "joke" redemption on my stream. In 2020 I started taking it seriously. I still have much to learn but wow, what a journey!

2012 -vs 2022
Blood, Sweat, Tears and a lot of patience and PRACTICE. 🥹

Vtuber Design Practice #5
accidental design that came out of gesture drawing practice.
Just realized I can't actually reasonably UV unwrap this, so it remains practice.
Many mistakes, my first coloring practice...

A friendly reminder for y'all.
Using reference is not cheating. Using reference is an old practice.

I by no means consider myself to be an amazing or outstanding artist, but I've definitely grown and developed my own style over the course of drawing.
Anyone can be an artist in my eyes. All it takes is patience and practice practice practice.
2010 vs 2022
It's hard for me to show clear examples of #SkillnotTalent since my primary mediums & style have completely changed over the years. But make no doubt about it: it's ALL practice.
Practice + Time = "Talent"
2012 ➡️➡️➡️ 2020
2003 vs. 2021
Been drawing the whole time with a break here and there. I have a lot to learn but I’ll only get better with practice. Still insanely proud of how far I’ve come with no formal training.
It sucks to hear just keep going but honestly: keep going.

2018 - 2022
From my first digital drawing to one of the recent ones. It takes patience to get better, it takes learning and practice. Even when the progress seems to go slowly you'll be amazed when you look back.
Coloring practice. First time trying soft color (?) like this.
My sona lineart by @satentori , tysm! 😍

I decided to start drawing in 2016 when I was 19 years old, and now I'm here. No art school, no mentors, only practice. I think it's ironic that Dark Souls inspired me to start learning.
2016 // 2022
2021 vs. 2022
Art takes time and practice. Although I stumbled and cried because I didn't like my art, I still persevered to become better.
This is #SkillNotTalent
#SkillNotTalent, 2013 vs. 2022. Drawing doesn't come easily to me; what I can make happens because of diligence, study, and practice. My work has improved directly at the rate I put effort into it.
