Flat colors ⮕ Full render ✨
I love trends like this because seeing the artist’s process is my favorite! So, I thought I’d hop on it. Qrt with your own!
Flat -> Render
I'm usually chaotic with my process so finding a piece with flats was a bit difficult but this is one of the works I am most proud of!
It's from last year but I really want to achieve the same level of consistency like on this piece https://t.co/6qj3RQ51yE
flat vs render
i'm oblivious to the totality of the process until highlighting https://t.co/8FoZRiecLR
This is a good example of what I'm talking about. hahaha. sketch > black and white paint over > trust the process 😭😭 > then colors ; w;
Flats vs Render (part 2)
I usually paint on one layer when I do paintings like these ; w; Painting over my sketch and trust the process from there 🥹 https://t.co/g0VzNFikPY
I love sharing process! Everyone is so cool!

@mjamiracat Hey, to be fair, I wasn't able to do this in the past either, then I learned, practiced, and now I can do it!
This is what my art & shading looked like in 2017!
It's a process!

Only did a rough sketch since its for my personal refreshment- but if you'd like to see the process, it's up on my YouTube! Link below~
#GenshinImpact #Ganyu
the "rough sketch" doesn't look "rough", because for my art process, i don't really do an actual rough sketch to draw over
my "sketches" are drawn in vector layers with the intent of already being the lineart (after further clean up)
<- rough sketch
final lineart ->
Green screen + Process. I spent the entirety of 4 hours drawing those clothing folds. XD
