Not necessarily, Ian said that SEGA gave him notes on how to portray Bark, saying that he shouldn't be a villain. The 30th comic portrays him as gentle and shy (with Amy). His characteristics seem to align with how the Fighters Megamix profile describes him.

I think the closest to be a villain is Sludge, but he's a Anti-hero. I don't think it counts. Having a villain OC might not he a bad idea

Erik Killmonger is a villain and that's fine. He is an incredible villain with nuance and ideology that some agree on. He's been T'Challa/Wakanda's most formidable foe throughout Black Panther comic history. He returns from the dead a lot. He's a villain.

Can’t believe I have found a new character I legitimately like.

I have a thing for characters that appears to be a badass and dangerous just to be a lovable dumbass. Aru’s design was like whatever to me until I actually play the story. She’s a good comic relief villain.
