A lot of my ocs could be strong depending on how you define it, but the three that come to mind are Neptune, Aspic, and Surge
Neptune and Aspic were both the leaders of their various teams that went on dangerous missions, and Surge is my main villain.

9. Pokey/Porky Minch -- The Mother series' core villain. No idea if ya want Pokey in a robot or outta a robot, but this jerk would be an awesome pick.

Not necessarily, Ian said that SEGA gave him notes on how to portray Bark, saying that he shouldn't be a villain. The 30th comic portrays him as gentle and shy (with Amy). His characteristics seem to align with how the Fighters Megamix profile describes him.

Hmmm, if I were to make another row of OCs sometime soon, I might consider making a villain OC. No one here in my roster is a villain.

I think the closest to be a villain is Sludge, but he's a Anti-hero. I don't think it counts. Having a villain OC might not he a bad idea
