I would say anything that lets you have a contrast between layered light and dark is what will help! so if you have light eyelashes + light skin + light sclera, you should add some extra shadow to the sclera and some extra eyeshadow to the lid

Bithir is non-binary and they dress in a variety of styles and gender presentations - I drew from reference for the shirt and breeches & it definitely leant more femme as the colouring went down. I rarely put makeup on them but I thought some shiny eyeshadow was cool here.

Well the shading isn't perfect, but I think I'm happy with Emi's new design. I like the hair better, I accidentally made her have heterochromia but I actually really like it, and I gave her some gold eyeshadow to tie in with her earring and collar bell.
