Here, use Line of Action along with sectional anatomy (just basic shapes of the human body like chest, torso, thighs, calves, etc.)

Try studying clothing dynamics and anatomy structure like below!

For extra effects try making a lighting layer on your layers on add or overlay that works like your shading layers, essentially the third one :]
(Not with white, a bright/saturated color for color if ya want)
