Asgore has 5 fingers, Asriel has 4, and Toriel may have 4 or 5, implying that either:
A-Asgore has a mutation.
B-Toriel and Asriel have a mutation.
C-Children only have 4 fingers.
D-Males have 5 fingers while females have four, which means that Asriel is trans, but we knew that.

I think it was only the guard, Undyne, Mettaton and Asgore.
Most NPCs were just talking with Frisk since monsters communicate in bullet patterns and express themselves through magic. Some were just picking up a fight. Toriel and Papyrus also didn't want to kill Frisk.
