Kinnikuman would famously hold character design contests where kids could submit ideas for wrestlers who would show up in the next arc. They were always delightfully goofy and I wish we'd adopt a kids-design-villains concept like that for, like, Law & Order

for reference tho Sugar Rush/Rikido Sato is never mentioned to be black or mixed, his design & power seem to be a reference to Kinnikuman/Kinniku Suguru main character of a comedy wrestling manga where he eats garlic to get strong
