Finishing in pencil keeps my line from looking too fussy. I like the way a graphite line breaks and continues—its smoky quality. I hope it makes tension between the edges being ephemeral and robust. To show strength and potential, but also the fleeting nature of time and memory.

You know, every now and again I think back to this show and I get sad that it was cancelled so soon and people barely remember it, and if they do it's a very distant memory. This show was amazing and lead to my special interest in cryptids.
