No offense at all, but you say this as if the Dragon Ball games all don't have better animation or rightfully cartoony faces in the slightest.

There's not really an excuse for it either, it can be within the balance as Sonic was made with MOSTLY cartoons in mind.

I really like the Rococo (it evolved from the Baroque movement) architecture and also the fashion. It looks very noble and luxurious. People were really dressed to impress!
