Now I know some people don't know HOW to do frame-by-frame. So one tip I recommend doing is turning your tweens all into keyframes, and splitting them into twos. It's not perfect, but it looks a lot better:

I see SO many FNF mods use rlly basic tweens for their animations- its not necessarily bad, but it always makes the character feel out of place next to bf and gf because they're animated frame-by-frame on twos. There's just so much more you can do with good ol' frame by frame.
