Conversions, safety, and damage still king. HC has egregious tools and neutral patterns beyond what should be in FGs imo
Lower on the list chars have more matchup issues with the top or more notable flaws, or both. Tiers are close together

So I played about two hours of finished the first island, and, even with the jank, the technical issues, weird physics, reused level design that doesn't complement the gameplay, controls that took me way too much to get a hang of...
