Ok so I may have made 2 Madame X x Sans kids bc I had two concepts.

Left: Madame X is Anathea like everyone theorizes. I will not elaborate further.

Right: We take Madame X at face value and make the kid a magic suit of armor that Sans drew the face on. Dad of the year ik.
