Trying out some new stuff I learned from Brother Baston; basically you do the shading with gradients then color on top of that with a dry brush to break them up and look less gradient-y. I’m having fun with it, hopefully you all dig it too.

Doodle - Casual Midna

When she is shown without the helmet ingame, she actually looks weird due to the way her hair goes from black to bright glowing orange with no soft gradient.
(that, and the lack of detail on the hair normally hidden underneath)
Always irked me a bit.
