Jose Garcia-Lopez definitely defined Superman for me, but of all the modern interpretations of the character, Leinel Yu's take on him from Superman: Origins stands out as my favorite. I loved his interpretation of Clark's disguise, the contrast between Clark and Supes.

Aside from having one of the most Go Nagai faces ever, Ryu's fleshbot could transform into a dragon. I always thought the original Kaiser/Rudra looked similar to it, with the spines and overly defined dragon pecs.
