when i first started drawing, one of my biggest goals was to be a member of ang ilustrador ng kabataan (ang ink). i applied this year thanks to my friends’ encouragement and was lucky to get accepted!

here’s my take on this year’s story. it was an enjoyable read!

We were tasked with making the cover and a couple of chapter illus for a YA novel called Team Abangers at Ang Estilong Trumpo. Risked it by using a limited color palette and going for heavy contrast. Glad it paid off!
