I do like the idea of wearing a dress shirt and tie underneath a suit of plate armor, though.

HPless damage is harsh. If you get hit and it pierces your armor, you're Injured. You have quite a few steps til character death, but you need healing and fast. Thankfully, in an age of alchemy, healing is just as easy. Most PCs have. a solid chance of healing an ally.
