Because the shading is so off, the lines which are supposed to indicate the /base/ of her nose look instead like the tip of her nose, which /would/ occlude the bright spot on the underside of her nose.
This makes her look like she has a hooked nose, which is very off-model.

Am I the only one who can't stand this face?
She's clearly being lit from below, but they didn't shade the underside of her nose.
I fixed it up very slightly on my phone and it looks dramatically less awkward.
