Days 37-40 of sketching, most happy with the first one in this collection though, allowed myself to pour some emotions art while drawing it. Also did a small headshot sketch for @Hozzerino again since I feel I've improved a bit since my last attempt!

@bunnalien Oh my god, this. I made an OC out of bodyhorror brainworms last winter as a no judgement sandbox, and I can't tell you how much I've improved just from drawing him over and over again. The best lesson was to not be so judgemental and just enjoy the ride

i do think the most solid art advice is to latch on and become obsessed with a character/ship so intensely that they r all you draw. you improve so much. it’s cool u can can see my artistic evolution with xiaoven. these are from a good 1-2 yrs ago…i wonder how i’ve improved now.

wanna add this on bc I have drawn hunter from the front, crying and going through it, twice. I don't know if my actual /skills/ have improved since November or if my /eye/ has, but holy shit I got a lot better at the third dimension. & colors & line art
