This was one of the best years for me in a long while, in large part thanks to the TWEWY fandom and the people in it.

Also it’s been long enough for me to post this I think. Harley and Ivy getting their moment was a huge highlight after having to live through the “best friends” time. DC committing to putting queerness on the page this year has been great to see. Still a ways to go but progress!

In October, What If…? brought the main characters together which inspired me to paint a piece highlighting all of them. This portrait of Thena also remains to be one of my faves, as well as this piece where I tried to encapsulate the plot of Dune. (10/13)

In July, I was still painting a lot of Loki, which was so fun. And in the meantime, I was inspired to make a piece highlighting both younger versions of Kanan and Hera as they appeared in The Bad Batch. (7/13)

In June, Loki was just beginning, introducing Sylvie which inspired me to illustrate a piece highlighting both of them. Plus, I finally decided to paint a portrait of Luke Skywalker from the Sequel Trilogy, and made a portrait of Black Widow in anticipation of her film. (6/13)
