I quickly sketched it out to better explain.
1) I might consider adding in ponytails and bows. It adds to the lolita inspiration plus the pink/purple bows pull the color throughout. Makes it cohesive.
2) Add in another layer (or more) to the dress. Gets the jellyfish vibe going.
