my favorite painting warmup/exercise is "orb". Sometimes I remember to save them. I find it can be a fun way to experiment w brushes, brushwork, technique, color, etc. No pressure, no stakes. Just having fun making an Orb.

I've been having issues decided on the rendering for the shroom. I was gonna make it glow on the inside but it doesn't make much sense with the lighting, so I'm gonna try having a big shadow from the sun but still have reflecting light underneath if that makes sense? We'll see:^)
