For a few years after college I was suffering from some severe burnout when it came to my art, as a result I don't have any finished pieces that I can show from 2009, only this one I started then and finished in 2010.

I picked out one art piece from each year from 2010 to 2019 and put it together! I didn't start drawing until late 2010 so I don't have anything in 2009, sorry! u__u;;;

I found this and have to admit, I don't know if this is really from 2009, but it's old nonetheless. I'm surprised of how similar the poses are c: Then again I'm really proud of my improvement

here's my !! i couldn't find anything specifically from 2009, so 2008 is next best! i've been drawing since i was 3, so that makes it 2 decades of drawing, and the improvement in 10 years is astonishing!! it was fun reimagining Gen LMAO

Can’t find anything right now from 2009, but this was one of the earliest digital works I could find. Seeing everyone else’s comparisons is super cool, and it got me inspired a bit to do my own~

If not exactly 2009, it’s probably close - I used to fill notebooks with doodles like this one all the time. Now I like designing pretty game characters and legs... god help me
