Hey artist friends! I'm curious what movie, series, comic etc. helped inspire your art styles.

Mine was Lilo and Stitch and OG Dragon Ball. Their soft rounded styles always felt really fun and comforting to me, so I tried to emulate that feeling when I draw.

So I can’t decide if the whole Lilo & Stitch debacle going on rn is good or bad timing for me to post this, but here’s a little Finn + Ipo update: it’s set in Hawai’i! Finn is a transplant to the Hawaiian islands, but my plan is for Ipo to be a native Hawaiian (spoilers)

It makes me so happy to see so many people(whether animation fan or not) come together to give attention and give praise to such a fantastic (and sometimes underappreciated) movie like Lilo and Stitch. It's stuff like this that makes me happy to be an animation fan🤗
