TorchMan is a Robot Master from MM 11, thus he technically has no NetNavi counterpart, however, FireMan.EXE, based on FireMan from MM1 was renamed "TorchMan.EXE" in the anime MegaMan NT Warrior.

TorchMan also appears in the DOS version of MM3, where he looks like a lame MetalMan

There's plenty of references to him unarmored most of them show him as having shoes of some sort, some keep the proportions of the legs as they are in the game, some don't but even the ending of MM1 he has different colored shoes/feet
