Dean Cornwell (1892-1960) was an American Illustrator and muralist. Very prominent in the first half of the 20th century, Cornwell's paintings were in Cosmopolitan, Harper's Bazaar, Redbook, and Good Housekeeping magazines. He was nicknamed the "Dean of Illustrators".

1. I was like six, I think. I liked to copy pictures from anime magazines I had (not manga, anime magazines, I swear). I remember copying this one because I was really proud of my attempt. 😂
Michael Johnson is a severely underrated UK illustrator & painter.
I couldn't find a birth date, but he illustrated for all the big magazines in the USA and UK in the 1950s-70s. He has since transitioned into gallery painting, and from my research, is still doing it!
