From my observations, using something as little as "touching knees" in a prompt results in a lot of mangled hands.
Instead I just remove all those prompts and run multiple iterations, letting it run wild.
First 2 contain Painted Fingernails and Touching knees. 3rd & 4th do not.

This is not rotated differently. It's a different size, shape, thickness, has different markings, the spikes are angled differently. Please get the 3D model and show me the angle that changes this this much. I promise you it's impossible.
