I even figured out a way for a better VHS effect
I created two seperate layers for chroma and luma.
scaled down the colored one to 40x448(480) and the b/w to 333x448(480p). Then I just copied em back into PS and stretched them back to canvas size.

4. Favorite OC Design goes to Pierre le Puant, he’s simple but encompasses all his kinks very well, b/w toon, rubber, big belly, null bulge, hypnosis via musk, and tf/cloning.

Ricky is also close second for similar reasons, Rubber Rattata + Big Belly, plus his barcode.

Colouring remains the worst. My process is generally - do b/w tones to get correct values, shade it, then paint colours with overlay/multiply/screen as needed. But that bleaches the skin in more pigmented lighting, apparently! So gotta darken the tones to not bleach out my boyyy.
