I HAVE FINISHED IT! I'm not entirely happy with it because I have no time (deadline is today). But I thank who suggested me the quickest way to colour. ; w ; which is hybrid cell-shading. It looks alright since I am not good with colouring.

i was discussing with a friend who thinks the new champion's design is terrrrrible and i pointed out that i only thing the colour combiniatiosn were ichy and i tried to prove my point with a super fast recolouring.
i find him quite charming also like this
