@iexisttbh1207 These days, FE looks like a generic mid-2010s fantasy anime. Which isn't, strictly speaking, a positive or a negative thing. it's just... different from what a lot of the old fans got used to when they first fell in love with the series.

@iexisttbh1207 From 2002-2007, when FE was first introduced to the west, we got 5 different games that all shared very similar visual designs. For a lot of people, this period cemented "what FE should look like" in their minds.

That is to say, FE looked like a generic mid-90s fantasy anime.
