thought i'd post again, as the ambassador had already been show previously. The Hanto Armour is another example of the brief being "we want a cool demon fantasy samurai." I believe the weapon was initially only going to be the glaive.

The designs of the Kings & who's present is pulled from Kingsglaive so there's a lot of fudging there
I tried to make sure the shading gave off a rain-soaked look though a lot was covered up by the ring's glow & I had a hard time deciding whether to keep the crystals or not
