The Disney adaptation had a fairly fraught production where everything even the rocket pack and the iconic helmet was up for alteration by Disney.

Any reference, even an oblique one, to Bettie Page (who the comic characters face was a likeness to) was scrubbed from the script.

Also I love how the light here shows the room but also clearly focuses on Akechi and Akira on the floor here, and how it contrasts the text bubbles, making the text pop in a very good way💞

054: It was "Art Week" on Question Duck, all those years ago! And I had a very loose definition of what counted as art. I think it was a missed opportunity to change the president's faces into something more "QD" looking but I kinda wanted to show off in sketching the likenesses.
