Noko" is the shortened form of the Japanese word, "Tsuchinoko," which is a Japanese cryptid that resembles a snake. 'Tsuchinoko' translates to "child of the hammer/dirt" and some even say that they can speak and are good liars 0_0 Thankfully Yo-Kai noko's are a lot nicer (^ω^ )

From what I understand, The Return of Harmony was originally meant to be a TV special/movie rather than a two-part episode. Even when it became an episode, it was produced at the tail-end of S1 so that production hiatus would be shortened between S1 and S2.
