So I tried to do two new things when I was working on this. I tried to draw chibis again, since it's been a really long time since the last attempt of me trying to draw a chibi. I also tried to use a different coloring method. I kind of liked how it turned out.

Trying a more traditional digital painting method and I'm really happy with how this one came out. I've been feeling extreme stagnation in my work lately and although this took a few nights to complete, I enjoyed every minute of it and I'm really pleased. I hope you like it too!

This is how this method looks with gray lines set to linear burn, there’d be a bit of retouching to futz with, but it looks like it takes care of the broad strokes fairly well for something that took like three minutes

I tried ‘s coloring technique. From all b&w coloring method tutorials, his tutorial is the best one for me! I can understand what am I doing and why I did so. My drawing still have many flaws but I will practice more 😊

Trying grisaille method (grayscale to color) for the first time
It’s harder than I thought but I had so much fun
Definitely use as my regular painting technique 🎨 but need more time to practice and playing around with it
