back home for thanksgiving! super duper craptop lagged with every brush stroke... tried out medibang since clip studio paint can only be installed on one computer, and my conclusion is that it's better than krita at least. i might do a redraw when i get back to my dorm! 2hrs

fun fact: the text is spiked because of a glitch in photoshop which can make strokes on vectored text behave funny and "spike" out

so i just took that and, exaggerated it and rolled with it.

that technique even carries over to kfad 2 lmao

for kfad1's art style, i put heavy emphasis on brushstroke-like lines and dynamic posing. some of kfad1 artstyle's biggest inspirations are street fighter iv, super mario strikers and sonic riders
