Sketch vs Finished
(well, thumbnails vs finished)
fun fact! these thumbnails sat in my sketchbook for almost exactly a year before i finally decided a few weeks ago to do something with them lol
Working on a sequence for Spring and Winter this month!
This week: Spring and Winter designs!
Next week: Thumbnails!
#Feboardary
Jujutsu Kaisen characters from the past few days. Definitely a learning experience as looking back I shoulda just made thumbnails of all 4 at the start so I wouldn't have the consistency problem, but I just kept trying to one-up myself lol.

Decided to keep the gloves since I realized that I cannot draw nails.

Another oldie, but with a different aproach! Silhouette searching is sometimes the best way to design a character^^ This fellow was supossed to be a golem carrying the last seeds of life on earth as a means to restore nature.
Thumbnails vs Final art
#sketch #art #sketchvsfinal
So I said screw it and went with the fantasyverse for the one class. These are supposed to be thumbnails for designs, but given I already know what the designs of the characters are supposed to be, I just ended up playing w/ their bodies and outfits to make them more distinct
- eyelashes madness
- long nails
- he sits like that
- he looks so good dressed like that (and he knows it)
I love how they really let joker have all of these 😤😤
My sketches are always super messy and vague xD I usually do multiple thumbnails
A part of the process I've come to love: color thumbnails. Going with the 1st one.
thumbnail vs finished page
this was very hard to do bc my thumbnails are very small and vague BDKFJDKFJF i only use them to get the composition of all the panels down to make sure they flow together and i dont flip the charas on accident
