This is super overdue but this is the best evolved Hiashi ref I have rn
A few things to note:
-He’s a tad smaller than an avg Geki Dragon
-His eyes become exactly the color of a G. Dragon’s only when he goes beserk or is seriously angry
-High-tech bracelet is a Busters memento
