@YarnoRitzen @ISASaxonists @job_polak I ran a quick forensic error level analysis analysis and it doesn't look like the image is doctored.

The PC-6(6)00 series saw more graphic text adventures over time, such as NEC's own Colony Odyssey, which had voice synthesis & a story from Japan's sci-fi scribe Sakyo Komatsu.
A lot of players stuck to more arcade-style software, however. Those were still easier to play & make.
Oh also here's one without the background/text if anyone wants to use it for anything (just please credit if you do)

@DumdumGooner @OliverJia1014 Mainly a case of what I think is "over-localized" translation, where a lot of dialogue is rewritten or punched up with memes, catchphrases and references that weren't in the original text as well as text changes that may impact our impression of certain characters
Oskar Kokoschka, Couples in Conversation (Paare im Gespräch) (in-text plate, folio 7) from Die träumenden Knaben (The Dreaming Boys), 1917 (executed 1907-08) #museumofmodernart #oskarkokoschka https://t.co/sk0d5AUjW1
