I didn’t have a lot of faith but this really solidified my opinion on the new designs.

This is the best Crystal has ever looked and it’s a shame Crystal didn’t look like this from the very beginning. They really look the 90’s properly translated into a modern art style.

You know what, good. They can at least reintroduce enemies that haven’t been seen for years like how they did with Dino-Torch and SideSteppers like in Origami King. And the Mario & Luigi remakes are still good, even if they did streamline the designs.
